the restaurant situation was disappointing. i was told each night i could not have dinner because there was only one chef. i did not pre-book, but i expected access to the restaurant (especially due to rain one night). i have never experienced this at a hotel with a restaurant.

The staff was helpful. A BIG car park was available behind the hotel at no extra cost. My room was very clean. It featured all needed facilities. I found easy check-in useful. It streamlined my arrival after a long drive.

The lift was out of service. This made accessing upper floors difficult with mobility issues and luggage.

The hotel is near Boscombe town centre and the vitality stadium! which is convenient for visitors. It is also situated on the main roadwith frequent bus access.

Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly. My room had effective air conditioning that cooled the space rapidly. The bed and pillows were comfortable ensuring a restful night. I found the hotel location convenient with a nearby bus stop that provided easy access to transportation.

I found that the lifts were not working consistently which was inconvenient.

The staff members were helpful, friendly, and cute. A staff member let me into my room when my key stopped working. They ensured a new key was brought to me promptly. Their support was very much appreciated.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff where excellent too.

The room was NOT the standard room shown online. It had a damp, funky smell, so I had to open the windows. There was hardly any natural daylight in the room, DISAPPOINTING. The bed mattress felt hard like a rock to sleep on.

the greeting at check-in was excellent, i admired the friendly and helpful receptionist. all the staff i encountered were just as helpful. my room was clean, comfortable, and of a reasonable size. the fried breakfast was AMAZING!!! i travel often and this was one of the best breakfasts i have had.

The premier inn sign is a bit hard to spot from the main road. The hotel sits behind the restaurant.
